Helping Hands Silicon Valley

Caring With Compassion

Our Mission

To support the most vulnerable in our community who lack access to the basic needs of food and shelter, and assist them in moving towards self sufficiency.

What We Do

Provide means of sustenance through distribution of essential items such as meals, clothing, hygiene items etc.

Assist with connections to resources and services that are available through governmental and other nonprofit organizations such as VI-SPDAT, ID cards, access to healthcare etc.

Education & Advocacy

Educate community & its leaders on the challenge of homelessness, how it affects our community, and advocate effective solutions such as "housing first", mobile showers and mental health solutions.

Assist in moving towards self sufficiency by helping get job ready, a commitment to education or by other means.
