Empower and Uplift

Our service model is high and frequent contact. We invest time and effort in building trust with each client followed by mentorship. We "hold their hand", as we work together to navigate a highly complex system of obtaining benefits, medical care, jobs and housing. This intensive model has resulted in success stories in our short history, underscoring its effectiveness in empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Self- Reliance

We help our clients identify their needs and provide support through various processes that are essential to becoming self-reliant.

Outreach: Provide means of sustenance through distribution of essential items such as meals, clothing, hygiene items etc.
Resources: Connection to resources and services that are available through the government and other nonprofit organizations such as ID cards, access to healthcare etc.
Recovery: Assist in moving towards self sufficiency by helping get job ready, a commitment to education or by other means.

Education & Advocacy

We educate the community and government leaders on the challenges of the unhoused community, how it affects our local community, and advocate for effective solutions such as "housing first", mobile showers and mental health.
